- 2 Limes, Including Zest
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 Cup Honey, To Drizzle
- Crumbled Feta, Optional
Tip: Try the Watermelon on the Grill before adding the Toppings.
- Squeeze Juice from one Lime over Watermelon Slices. Add Zest on top.
- Season the slices evenly with the remaining spices.
