Pineapple Casserole
Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 6 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Can (20 oz) Pineapple Chunks, Drained (Reserve 1/2 Cup of Juice)
- 1 Can (20 oz) Crushed Pineapple, Drained
- 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Sleeve of Ritz Crackers (32 crackers), Crushed
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
- Whisk together Flour, Sugar, and 1/2 Cup Reserved Pineapple Juice in a large bowl until well combined. Add in both the Crushed Pineapple and Chunks into the bowl. Toss to coat. Transfer to baking pan.
- Distribute Cheese evenly on top. Top with Crushed Crackers. Drizzle melted Butter over.
- Pop in the oven for 30 to 35 Minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
