Miso Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 3 Tablespoons Shallots, Minced
- 1 Scallion, Sliced
- 2 Cups Bone Broth
- 1/2 Tablespoon Miso Paste
- 2 Teaspoons Red Curry Paste (adjust according to taste)
- 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Fish Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 10 Frozen Soup Dumplings
- Sliced Scallion, For Garnish
- Sesame Seeds, For Garnish
- Chili Oil, For Garnish
Instructions:
- Saute the Garlic, Shallots, and Scallion in a pan on Medium Heat for about 1 Minute, or until fragrant.
- Pour Bone Broth into the pan and bring to a simmer for 3 Minutes.
- Add Miso Paste and stir until fully melted. Add Red Curry Paste, stirring until fully melted. Add Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce and Sugar.
- Add the Dumplings to the pan and Cover. Allow to Simmer over Medium Heat until cooked through (about 10 Minutes). Gently shake the pan halfway through cooking to prevent sticking to the pan.
- Serve with Scallions, Sesame Seeds, and Chili Oil.
