This Jalapeño Mango Salsa is delicious with anything, not just with chips. Try it over Chicken or Fish to really crank up the heat!
- 1 Mango, Peeled and Died
- 1 Jalapeño, Seeded and Diced
- 1 Red Onion, Peeled and Diced
- Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 Lime
- Salt and Pepper, To Season
- Chips For Serving
- Combine Mango, Jalapeño, Red Onion and Cilantro together in a bowl.
- Squeeze Lime juice and season with Salt and Pepper.
- Eat with your favorite chips or on top of chicken or fish.
