Ingredients:

• 1 Lb Flank Steak, Sliced Into Thin Strips
• 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
• 1/2 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
• 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
• 1/3 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
• 2 Tablespoons Honey 
• 1 Cup Beef Broth
• 1 Lb Broccoli Florets, Cut (about 4 Cups)
• 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch 
• 2 Tablespoons Water
• 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (adjust according to taste)
• Sesame Seeds (Optional)
• Cooked Rice (For Serving)

Instructions:

1. Season Steak with Salt and Pepper. 
2. Heat oil in a skillet over Medium High Heat. Sear until the steak is cooked through. Remove the steak from pan and set aside. 
3. Add a bit more oil. Add Garlic and Ginger and cook until soft. 
4. Add Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Honey and Broth. Stir to combine.
5. Add Chopped Broccoli. 
6. In a bowl, combine Cornstarch and Water. Add to the broccoli. Raise heat to a Boil until sauce has reached a thick consistency.
7. Return Steak back to the pan.
8. Serve over Cooked Rice and Enjoy!

Ingredients:

• 1 Lb Trucchi's Own 85% Lean Ground Beef
• Salt and Pepper, To Taste
  
• 5 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  
• 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
• 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder 
• 1 1/2 Tablespoons Salted Butter 
• 2 Tablespoons Flour 
• 1 1/2 Cups Milk
• 2 Eggs, Beaten
• 1 Lb Rigatoni, Cooked
• 24 oz Marinara Sauce
• 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven to 375ºF.
2. Add Ground Beef, Salt and Pepper, Garlic, Red Pepper Flakes, and Onion Powder to a Skillet. Cook and crumble. 
3. Remove Beef from pan and drain. Set aside beef. 
4. Add Butter and Flour to pan, mix to form a paste.
5. Gradually, add Milk and bring to a Boil until it reaches a creamy consistency. Set to the side.
6. Mix Rigatoni with the Eggs in a Bowl. Lay in a 9x13 Baking Dish.
7. Layer the Marinara, Ground Beef, Mozzarella, White Sauce, and Parmesan. 
8. Bake until the Cheese has a golden brown color, about 30 to 35 Minutes
