Make this French Toast on special holidays for the family.
- 1 1/2 Cups Eggnog
- 5 Eggs
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 12 Slices Texas Toast
- Sliced Banana, for Topping
- Whisk together the Eggnog, Eggs, Nutmeg, Cinnamon and Vanilla Extract in a bowl.
- Dunk your Texas Toast (a slice or two at a time) into the mixture. Coating well.
- Place into a skillet over Medium Heat. Cook until both sides are golden Flip and cook the other side.
- Transfer onto plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat until you've used all the bread.
- Top off with some Sliced Bananas and Enjoy!
