1 1/2 Cups Root Beer
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 (15 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Onion, Diced
2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
Heat up oil in a saucepan over Medium High Heat.
Add Onion to the pan and saute until they become translucent.
Add the rest of the Ingredients and keep at a Simmer on Low Heat for about 45 Minutes.
Let the sauce cool down completely and pour into a blender.
Blend until all ingredients are pureed.
Bring back to the saucepan and let it simmer for an additional hour.
Cool the Sauce down completely and pour into a Mason Jar.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
