This Chimichurri Sauce is our favorite go-to topping for any Grilled Steaks.
- 3 Cups Carrot Greens, Washed, Dried and Chopped Finely
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/3 Cup Red Onions, Finely Chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- Fine Himalayan Salt and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Lime, Freshly Squeezed
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Serve over grilled steak.
