Deconstructed Cheeseburger
Ingredients:
- Cooking Spray
- 1 Cup Onion, Finely Chopped PLUS 1/4 Cup
- 1 Lb 90% Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 9 oz Uncooked Pasta Shells
- 8 oz Canned Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Grape Tomatoes Chopped, Divided
- 1/2 Cup Dill Pickle, Chopped, Divided
- 1 Cup Romaine Lettuce, Shredded
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet coated with Cooking Spray over Medium High Heat. Add 1 Cup Onions and Beef to the pan. Cook stirring frequently for about 5 Minutes or until the beef is browned.
- Add 2 Cups Water, Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Paprika, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Pasta and Tomato Sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to Medium Low. Cook uncovered until the Pasta has cooked while stirring occasionally (about 10 minutes).
- Bring heat down to Low. Add Milk and Mustard. Slowly add in the cheese while stirring, until it melts. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 Cup of the Grape Tomatoes and 1/4 Cup of the Pickles.
- Add to serving plates, then top off with the Lettuce, remaining Tomatoes, Onions and Pickles.
- Serve and Enjoy!
