Crock Pot Shredded Chicken
Easy weeknight meal, just set it and forget it in the Slow Cooker. Use in your Tacos or make a delicious Taco Salad.
Ingredients:
- 1 (16 oz) Jar Salsa
- 3 Limes, Juiced
- 1 Taco Seasoning Packet
- 3 Lbs Chicken Breast
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
- Salt an Pepper, To Season
Instructions:
- Add Salsa, Lime Juice and Taco Seasoning to the slow cooker. Mix well.
- Season Chicken with Onion Powder, Oregano, Cumin, and Salt & Pepper.
- Add to the Crock Pot. Set on Low and cook for about 8 Hours.
- Take the Chicken out and shred with Forks. Bring back into the Crock Pot. Stir.
- Serve and Enjoy in a taco or a taco salad.
