Chermoula
Instructions:
- 1 Cup Packed Cilantro Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Packed Parsley Leaves
- 4 Medium Garlic Cloves, Peeled
- 1/2 Preserved Lemon, Roughly Chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Ginger, Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 2 Teaspoons Cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/8 Teaspoon Crushed Saffron
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Add Cilantro, Parsley and Garlic into Food Processor. Pulse, scraping sides as necessary.
- Add Lemon, Ginger, Paprika, Cumin, Cayenne, Red Pepper Flakes and Saffron. Pulse to combine.
- Pour Olive Oil through the feed tube while Processor is running. Process until a smooth consistency.
- Serve over Chicken or Fish immediately.
