Chinese Pork Ribs
Try these flavorful - easy to make - Chinese Pork Ribs for dinner.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1.5 Lbs Pork Ribs
- 2 Tablespoons Cooking Wine
- 1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 12 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onions
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
Instructions:
Tip: Add a bit of Cornstarch if you need to make the sauce thicker
- Heat Sesame Oil in a Large Pan over Medium Heat.
- Place ribs in the pan and allow to sear until all sides are golden brown.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring liquid to a boil. Reduce Heat. Cover. Allow ribs to simmer for about 90 minutes (time may vary) or until the ribs are nice and tender.
- Remove lid. Reduce sauce for 5 Minutes.
- Drizzle sauce over ribs.
- Serve and Enjoy!
