Crock Pot Chicken & Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 3 Chicken Breasts, Diced
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
- 1 Bag Frozen Vegetables
- 2 Cups Baby Carrots, Diced
- 1 21 oz Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Can Refrigerated Biscuits
Instructions:
- Place Chicken into Slow Cooker. Season with Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Thyme, and Rosemary.
- Add Vegetables, Carrots, and Soup. Mix well.
- Set Crock Pot on High and let cook for 3 Hours.
- Put Chicken and Veggies into a Baking Dish. Sprinkle Cheese on top. Layer with Biscuits.
- Cook at 375ºF for about 12 Minutes.
