Cast Iron Steak and Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients:
- Trucchi’s London Broil Steaks
- Avocado Oil
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 heads Garlic
- 3 sprigs Rosemary
- 2 Zucchinis
- 1 ear of Corn
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Let Steaks reach room temperature, while they warm, preheat oven to 375°
- Chop Zucchini, Corn, and Garlic. Place on baking sheet and cook in oven while cooking the Steak
- Once room temperature, pat Steaks dry
- Rub with salt and pepper
- Heat Avocado Oil until shimmering and liquid as water
- Place steaks in skillet and cook for four minutes on each side
- Reduce heat and add butter
- Add vegetables (after about 10-15 minutes of roasting in oven)
- Once the Butter melts, spoon the liquid over steaks and vegetables
