DIY: Baby Wipes
What You Need:
• Roll of Paper Towels
• Sharp Knife
• 1 1/2 Cups Warm Water
• 2 Tablespoons Baby Wash
• 1 Tablespoon Baby Oil
• Plastic Container with Lid (reuse empty coffee tub)
Step 1:
Very carefully slice your Roll of Paper Towel so that it will fit inside your Plastic Container. NOTE: Simply place the roll next to the container and make a slit in the towels to be sure it will fit.
Step 2:
Mix together the Warm Water, Baby Wash and Baby Oil. Pour over the Paper Towels, distributing as evenly as possible. Let soak for about 10 Minutes with the lid on.
Step 3:
Flip container upside down and let it sit for another 10 Minutes or so.
Step 4:
Remove the Cardboard from the center of the roll. It will be easy for you to pull from the paper towels after its been soaking.
Step 5:
After removing the cardboard tube, pull the first piece of paper towel from the center and pull outward. Congrats! You have officially made your own Baby Wipes. Of course you want to keep the lid on your new Baby Wipes to keep them from drying out. So make sure you seal the top of the container well.
TIP: If your wipes seem a little too wet simply leave the cover off and let them dry out for a bit. If they are too dry, add more of your mixture to your wipes.
Finishing Touch:
For easy access make a slit in the center of the cover so you can grab a wipe in a jiffy!
