Ingredients:

• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 5 tsp baking soda
• Zest of two lemons
• 1 1/4 cups granulated white sugar
• 3/4 cup butter, softened
• 5 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup blueberries
• 1/3 cup raspberries

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a round pan by greasing with butter
2. Mix dry ingredients (Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Lemon Zest) together until well combined
3. Toss berries in with dry ingredients until well coated to prevent from sinking
4. Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and sour cream.
5. Combine dry and wet ingredients until just combined
6. Pour batter into prepared pan
7. Top with extra berries
8. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until cake is fully cooked
9. Serve cake at room temperature
