| Tilapia with Sweet Honey Chive Sauce |

- Fish:
- Cooking Spray
- 4 Fresh Boneless Tilapia Fillets
- Trucchi’s Imported Italian Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt and Pepper
- Sweet Honey Chive Sauce:
- 1/4 Cup Plain Chobani Greek Yogurt
- 2 Teaspoons Sue Bee Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- Juice From 1 Large Lemon
- 2 Tablespoons Julienned Fresh Chives
- Kosher Salt and Pepper
- Preheat your broiler. Take a small baking sheet and cover with cooking spray. Set to the side.
- Use the Olive Oil to drizzle over both sides of the fillets. Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the fish on to the baking sheet in a single layer. Broil for about 6 to 8 minutes, or until the Tilapia flakes easily with a fork. Set aside to cool.
- For the Sauce: Mix together the yogurt, honey and mustard in a bowl until smooth. Whisk in the Lemon Juice and Chives. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the fillets on plates and serve with Sweet Honey Chive Sauce on top.
