Recipe Type: Entree
- 4 Plum Tomatoes, Chopped
- McCormick Salt and Pepper, To Season
- 1 Lb Large Flounder Fillet
- 1/2 Teaspoon McCormick Whole Oregano Leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Trucchi’s Italian Bread Crumbs
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Using cooking spray, coat a 7″ x 11″ baking dish. Lay down the chopped tomatoes along the bottom of the pan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place flounder evenly over the top of the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Add oregano, oil and bread crumbs.
- Put in the oven and let bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily using a fork.
