Recipe Type: Entree
- 1/2 Cup Lite Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- 4 Bone-In Center Cut Pork Chops
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- Combine all ingredients into a small bowl except for the pork and butter. Mix well.
- In a 9″ x 13″ baking dish, place the pork down. Pour the sauce mixture on top of the pork, turning the chops to make sure they are thoroughly coated.
- Cover the dish. Put into the refrigerator for 2 hours (turn after 1 hour). Remove from the fridge.
- Take the chops out of the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Transfer the pork to a large skillet over medium heat with melted butter. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes per side (or until cooked thoroughly).
- Serve.
