Take out a roll of Pizza Dough and a cutting board.

Spread some Pillsbury Flour out on the cutting board.

Cut a piece of the Pizza Dough Ball off and plop onto the board.

Get out your rolling pin and begin flattening the dough.

Flatten dough so it is about 1/4″ thick.

Cut into pieces a little larger than bite-size.

Pour some Mazola Corn Oil in a large pan and heat up oil over medium to medium high heat.

We tested frying just one of our fritters before putting in the whole batch to see how long it would take for them to brown properly. Then use a draining spoon to place the pieces of dough into the pan. Be very careful of the hot oil!!!

These fritters cook fast, so be sure to watch them carefully so they won’t burn! Flip them so they’re evenly browned on both sides.

Remove the fritters from the pan very carefully with the draining spoon and place on a paper plate lined with paper towels to let drain.

Voila! Nonno’s Fried Dough Fritters are ready to eat. Just let them cool off for a few minutes first before you enjoy.

Try topping them off with Domino Confectioners Sugar or Cinnamon Sugar.
