Recipe Type: Entree
- 1 Cook’s Spiral Half Ham
- 1 Cup Dalmatia Fig Spread
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- Grated Zest of 1 Large Juicy Clementine
- 1/3 Cup Tropicana Premium Orange Juice
- Preheat oven and cook ham according to directions on the ham package. Remove ham from oven 30 minutes before end of warming time.
- While ham is baking, add the fig spread, mustard, clementine zest and orange juice into a small saucepan. Place over low heat. Be sure to not let it boil, and cook until the spread melts (while stirring).
- Use half of the glaze to spoon over the ham. Place back in oven and cook for the remaining 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Spoon the rest of glaze over the ham.
- Carve ham on a cutting board and serve.
