Recipe Type: Entree
- 4 1/2 Lbs Pork Loin Country Style Pork Ribs
- 3/4 Cup Vermont Maid Syrup
- 3/4 Cup Mustard, Coarse Grained
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
- Salt and Pepper, Coarse Ground
- Mix together the syrup, mustard, brown sugar and hot sauce. Set the glaze to the side.
- Brush the ribs with glaze while cooking, turning and basting every 15 minutes or so.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
