| Crunchy Cran-Pear Pie |

- 1 Concord Foods Apple Crisp Kit
- 5 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/3 Cup Diamond Chopped Pecans
- 2 1/2 Lbs Sweet Juicy Seckle Pears, Peeled, Cored and Cut Into Chunks
- 1 Cup Ocean Spray Fresh Cranberries
- 2 Tablespoons Domino Granulated Sugar
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Mix the contents of the Apple Crisp Kit Package and the butter together in a medium sized bowl. Use a fork (or blender) to blend together well. Add in the pecans and set to the side.
- Take a large bowl and mix together the sugar, pears and cranberries. Transfer the fruit mix into an 8 ” greased square pan.
- Use your crumb mixture to sprinkle over the fruit and put in the oven.
- Let bake for 25 – 30 minutes, or until the fruit is tender and topping is a light brown.
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
