| Salmon with Sweet Clementine Salsa |

Recipe Type: Salsa
- 1/2 Teaspoon Grated Clementine
- 3 Large Juicy Spanish Clementines, Peeled, Sectioned and Cut In Half
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Aunt Sue’s Raw Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Red Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 Teaspoon McCormick Ground Ginger
- Mix all ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve on top of your Salmon.
