Recipe Type: Entree
- 1 Cup Del Monte Ketchup
- 1/3 Cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 2 Teaspoons Tabasco Sauce
- 4 Teaspoons Sue Bee Honey
- 3/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 3 Lbs Perdue Chicken Thighs or Drumsticks
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
- Take a resealable plastic bag and pour 1 cup of the marinade into bag.
- Add chicken into the bag and seal. Turn around to coat the chicken completely.
- Place the chicken into the refrigerator and let it marinade for at least 4 hours.
- Reserve the remaining marinade by keeping in the fridge.
- When you are ready to cook the chicken, drain the drumsticks. Discard the marinade.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Bake in the oven for about 45-60 minutes (or until they have reached the internal temperature of 165°F). Turn and baste occasionally with the reserved marinade.
- Serve and enjoy!
