Sunday
We can’t get enough of Alfredo’s Pumpkin Ravioli. We tried making our own light sauce to compliment the flavor and think we did a pretty good job. Try making Pumpkin Ravioli Sauteed in Sage Sauce for supper. Since this is a seasonal item, pick up a few extra packages of them to freeze.
Monday
We were ambitious the other night and wanted to make something special for supper. What better way to celebrate the fall season than to make a hot homemade soup? We kind of experimented while making this recipe. We added our fall favorites such as McIntosh Apples, Butternut Squash and Red Bliss Potatoes. Adding the right spices and tossing in those fresh herbs from our garden, this soup turned out to be exactly what we were trying to make. A Spicy Harvest Soup to enjoy during these autumn days. Feel free to alter the levels of spice to this soup or add/substitute any of your favorite fall vegetables. The greatest part about making this was that we had plenty for leftovers! Make sure you save and store the soup in Tupperware containers.
