| Citrus Glazed Chicken Legs |

Recipe Type: Entree
- 6 Fresh Chicken Leg Quarters
- 2-3 Cloves Garlic, Sliced Thin
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- 3 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Sweet White Wine
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Wash chicken and pat dry using paper towels.
- Lift the skin of the chicken to place garlic slices underneath.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the chicken legs in a shallow baking dish. Make sure you place the chicken with the skin side up.
- Put in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients into a small saucepan. Place over medium heat. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low. Let simmer while occasionally stirring.
- Once the mixture has reduced by half, use the glaze to brush over the chicken legs in the last few minutes of cooking.
- Serve.
