| Italian Rustic Ribs |
- 3 Lbs Country Style Pork Ribs
- 32 oz Spaghetti Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh Basil, To Serve (Optional)
- Place an extra large skillet with oil over medium high heat.
- Add the ribs into the pan and brown on all sides.
- Pour all the spaghetti sauce into the skillet over the ribs.
- Stir in the water. Lower heat and bring down to a simmer. Cover.
- Let simmer for an hour.
- Turn the ribs over halfway through cooking. If the sauce gets too thick, you may want to thin it by adding more water.
- Serve with fresh basil on top.
