Recipe Type: Entree
- 2 Lbs Fresh Boneless Atlantic Fillet
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- Pepper, To Season
- 2/3 Cup Chilled Dill Dip
- 2 Tablespoons Garelick Farms Milk
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Place the fillets in heavy duty aluminum foil and brush the salmon with oil. Season with pepper.
- Fold up the foil so it is wrapped securely around the fish.
- Place on the grill over direct heat and cover.
- Let the salmon cook for about 20 to 30 minutes (or until fish flakes easily with fork).
- Make the dill dip while the salmon is cooking.
- Top salmon with the dill dip and serve.
