| Tropical Chicken |
- 1 Lb Fresh Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Polaner All Fruit Apricot Spread
- 1/4 Cup Tropical Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Onion Soup Mix
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cook the chicken in a large skillet with oil and garlic until browned (about 6 minutes).
- Meanwhile, combine Polaner spread, barbecue sauce, water and onion soup mix into a small bowl. Set to the side.
- Once the chicken is cooked, transfer to a baking dish.
- Pour your apricot mixture over the chicken. Place in the oven uncovered, and let cook for 25-30 minutes (or until chicken juices run clear).
