| Orange Yellow Fin Tuna Steaks |
- 1/3 Cup Minute Maid Orange Juice
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Chopped Oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 Yellow Fin Tuna Steaks
- For the marinade, combine the orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, parsley, garlic, oregano and pepper in a large dish. Mix together.
- Place the tuna steaks into the marinade and cover. Put the refrigerator for at least a half hour.
- Preheat your grill to high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate.
- Remove the tuna from the fridge and place on the grill. Let them cook for about 5 minutes.
- Then turn and baste with the marinade.
- Let them cook for another five minutes, or until they are cooked through.
- Discard the remaining marinade. Serve.
