| Caprese Styled Pork Chops |

Recipe Type: Entree
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided
- 4 Bone-In Center Cut Pork Chops
- 1 Onion, Halved and Sliced Thinly
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
- Garlic Powder To Taste
- 1 Pint Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 4 oz Package Treasure Cave Crumbled Feta Cheese Cup
- Place a skillet over medium heat and add in 1 Tablespoon of olive oil. Add onion to the pan and let cook until they become golden brown. Set to the side (keep warm).
- Heat 1/2 Tablespoon of oil to skillet. Season chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place into the skillet.
- Cook until they are cooked to desired doneness. Set to the side (keep warm).
- Keep the skillet over the heat and add the remaining olive oil to the pan.
- Add tomatoes, garlic and basil into the skillet and stir while letting them cook for just a few minutes, until the tomatoes are tender.
- Add balsamic vinegar into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Top each pork chop off with your Caprese mixture.
- Sprinkle the feta cheese on top. Serve.
