| Grilled Orange Haddock |
- 2 Tablespoons Simply Orange Orange Juice
- 1 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Golden Blossom Honey
- 1 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Lb Fresh Haddock Fillet
- Orange Slices, For Garnish
- Combine all ingredients (except the haddock) in a bowl.
- Place the fillets in a glass dish and pour marinade over them.
- Cover and let refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Remove fish and reserve the marinade.
- Place fish over medium heat on the grill and cover. Turning once.
- Grill until the fish flakes easily with a fork (12 – 20 minutes), while basting with the marinade.
- Serve slices of orange as a garnish.
