| Quick & Easy Meatloaf |
- 1 1/2 Lbs Fresh 80% Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Beaten Egg
- 1/4 Cup Garelick Farms Milk
- 1/2 Onion, Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce, Add More or Less According To Your Taste
- 1/2 Cup Crushed Up Keebler Club Crackers
- Del Monte Ketchup
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients together, EXCEPT for the ketchup.
- Shape the mixture into two separate loaves. Grease a heavy iron skillet and place the loaves into the pan.
- Take the ketchup bottle and squeeze a little down the center of the loaves.
- Put the cover on the skillet and put in the oven to bake for about 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and take off the cover. Place back in the oven and let bake for another 10 minutes or so.
- Serve.
