| Honey Lime Zest Salmon |
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Grated Lime Peel
- 1/4 Teaspoon Spice Time Ground Black Pepper
- 4 Fresh Boneless Atlantic Salmon Fillets
- Zesty Limes, Cut Into Wedges
- Combine honey, cumin, coriander, salt, lime peel and pepper with 1 Teaspoon of very hot water.
- Stir until well blended.
- Use the mixture to rub over the salmon.
- Over medium heat, place the salmon on the grill and let the fillets cook for about 10 minutes, or until it is just turning opaque throughout and is flaking easily.
- Once the salmon is cooked, transfer to your dinner plates. Garnish with the lime wedges and serve.
