- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 ¢entsational $avings Summer Squash, Cut Into 1/2 Inch Pieces
- 1 ¢entsational $avings Zucchini Squash, Cut Into 1/2 Inch Pieces
- 2 Yellow Bell Peppers, Cut Into 1/2 Inch Pieces
- 1 Large Size Beefsteak Tomato, Diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Smashed and Peeled
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Oregano, Chopped
- Salt and Pepper To Season
- Place a large skillet with olive oil over medium high heat.
- Add all ingredients to pan and let cook, stirring often.
- Once the veggies are crisp-tender (about 12 minutes) you can remove from heat.
- Transfer to a plate and enjoy with a grilled steak.
