Recipe Type: Entree
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/3 Cup Sue Bee Honey
- 1/3 Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Lbs Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders, Cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 4 Onions, Cut into 2 Inch Pieces
- 2 Red Bell Peppers, Cut Into 2 Inch Pieces
- Skewers
- Add oil, honey, soy sauce and pepper into a large bowl. Whisk together.
- Take a small amount of the marinade to reserve for basting the kabobs while grilling.
- Add the chicken, garlic, onions and peppers into the bowl and let them marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- When the chicken is done marinating, preheat your grill to high heat.
- Drain the marinade from the chicken and veggies (discard the marinade).
- Thread the chicken on to skewers, alternating with the veggies.
- Oil the grill grate. Let the skewers cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked (juices will run clear).
- Use the reserved marinade to brush over the kabobs while grilling.
- Serve and Enjoy.
