| Grilled Chops with Apples & Onions |

Recipe Type: Entree
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 4 Pork Loin Bone-In Center Cut Pork Chops
- 2 Genuine Vidalia Onions, Sliced Thinly
- 2 Apples, Peeled and Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- Mix together pepper, salt and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Use the seasoning to rub over the chops. Grill them over medium heat for about 8 to 10 minutes on each side (or until they’re cooked).
- While the pork chops are being cooked, take a large skillet and saute the apples and onions in butter.
- Once they are tender, stir in the brown sugar.
- Let it cook until thickened and is bubbly.
- Remove from heat and serve with your grilled pork chops.
