Recipe Type: Entree
- 3 Lbs Winter Creek Chicken Wings, Thawed
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Mix together all ingredients (excluding the wings) into a bowl. Mix well.
- Take a cup of the marinade and pour into a resealable plastic bag. Then add in the chicken wings.
- Make sure the bag is sealed well, and turn to coat the chicken.
- Place in the refrigerator for no less than 4 hours, or you can marinate them overnight.
- Cover up the remaining marinade so you can use it for basting.
- Once you’re ready to start cooking, remove the chicken from the fridge and drain, discarding the marinade.
- Heat your grill to medium heat. Place the wings on the grill and cook for 15 – 20 minutes, covered. You will be able to tell when the chicken is ready when its juices run clear.
- Use the reserved marinade to baste the wings occasionally while turning. Serve.
