- 1 Tommy Atkins Mango, Peeled and Diced
- 1 Sweet Onion, Diced
- 1 ¢entsational $avings Sweet Red Pepper , Diced
- 1 Cup Jumbo Golden Ripe Pineapple, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Filippo Berio Olive Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add on top of your grilled Fresh Skin On Haddock Fillet before serving.
