| Honey Skewered Shrimp |
- 4 oz Cain’s Naturally Delicious Italian Salad Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Bag Best Yet Large Shell On Raw Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
- Combine the salad dressing, honey and garlic in a bowl. Reserve 1/4 Cup.
- Pour the remaining marinade into a resealable plastic bag, large enough to fit the shrimp in. Add the shrimp to the bag and seal the bag.
- Toss the bag to coat the shrimp well. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Put the reserved marinade in the refrigerator, covered.
- Remove the shrimp from the fridge once the 30 minutes is up.
- Drain and discard the marinade.
- Take 4 skewers and thread the shrimp on to them.
- Heat up the grill to medium heat. Grill the shrimp uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
- Use the reserved marinade to baste the shrimp. Grill for another 3 to 4 minutes, or until the shrimp is fully cooked (will turn pink).
- Serve with some grilled California Red Onions to have on the side.
