Relish in these savory blends of condiments.
Summertime Chutney
Combine 1 Cup diced Nectarines, 1 Cup diced ¢entsational $avings Southern Peaches ($1.29 Lb – Packaged), 1/4 Cup diced Red Onion, 1 1/2 Tablespoons Lime Juice, 1 1/2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro and 1 Teaspoon minced Serrano Chile. Add salt to taste.
Vidalia Mustard
Combine 1/2 Cup Best Yet Yellow Mustard (79¢ – 20 oz), 1/4 Cup finely chopped B&G Pickles (2/$4 – 32 oz), 1/3 Cup finely chopped Genuine Vidalia Onions (99¢ Lb) and 1 Tablespoon chopped Fresh Dill.
On Fire Ketchup
Combine 3/4 Cup Best Yet Ketchup (99¢ – 24 oz), 1/4 Cup Horseradish, 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce, 1 Teaspoon Celery Salt and 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce.
Olive This Mayo
Combine 1 Cup Mayonnaise, 1/4 Cup chopped and pitted Kalamata Olives, 2 Garlic Cloves and 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard and place into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Sweet Soda Sauce
Combine a can of Root Beer (12 oz), 1/2 Cup Ketchup, 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice, 1/4 Cup Orange Juice, 2 Tablespoons Jack Daniel’s BBQ Sauce (2/$4 – 19 oz), 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce, 1 Tablespoon Molasses and 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger into a saucepan. Let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until sauce becomes thick. Be sure to stir occasionally.
Red Onion & Corn Relish
Heat up 1/2 Cup diced Red Onion with Vegetable Oil in a saucepan until tender. Add in 1 Cup Corn, 1 Teaspoon diced Jalapeno, 1/2 Teaspoon diced Chipotle in Adobo Pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes. Add juice from 1 Lime and 1/2 Tablespoon Sugar to the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sugar is dissolved and mixture becomes thickened. Add salt to taste.
