Recipe Type: Entree
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano, Chopped
- Best Yet Salt & Pepper, To Taste
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Fresh Chicken Leg Quarters
- 2/3 Cup Chicken Broth
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Mix together the garlic, oregano, salt, chili powder, cumin and black pepper. Add in the olive oil and mix well.
- Use a pestle (or mash with a fork) until you get a pasty consistency. Wash the chicken legs. Pat dry. Place the chicken into a baking dish and cover each leg quarter with the garlic paste.
- Pour the broth into the baking dish with the chicken.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked and juices run clear.
