| Pork Chops with Olive Tomato Salsa |

Recipe Type: Entree
- 4 Cluster Tomatoes On The Vine
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Teaspoons White Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- Pinch of Sugar
- 4 Bone-In Center Cut Pork Chops
- Mix together all ingredients in a bowl, excluding the pork chops.
- Place in the refrigerator and cover. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- After grilling the pork, serve with the tomato salsa.
