| Almond Maple Chicken |
- 2 1/2 Lbs Fresh Chicken Leg Quarters
- 1 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Rind
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted
- 1/2 Cup Vermont Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/3 Cup Slivered Almonds
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Place chicken leg quarters into a buttered baking dish.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken evenly.
- Bake until the chicken is fully cooked, which should take about an hour.
