| Jalapeno-Tomato Relish |
- 2 Pints Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 Jalapeno, Seeded and Chopped Finely
- 2 Shallots, Chopped Finely
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve over your cooked Boneless New York Sirloin Steak.
