| Pork Chops And Broccoli Crowns |

Recipe Type: Entree
- 1 Cup Rice
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Center Cut Bone In Pork Chops
- Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Lb ¢entsational $avings California Broccoli Crowns
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Cook the rice according to directions on the package.
- While the rice is cooking, heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium high heat. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Cook in the skillet until each side is browned (2 to 3 minutes per side).
- Transfer the skillet from the stove to the oven. Let the pork roast for 6 to 8 minutes, or until they are fully cooked through.
- Meanwhile, grab another large skillet and place over medium high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan. Add in the broccoli, garlic, soy sauce and 1/3 Cup water. Place cover on the skillet and let cook until the broccoli is tender (about 5 minutes).
- Serve pork chops with the rice and broccoli.
