Recipe Type: Entree
- 1/4 Cup Orange Marmalade
- 1 Tablespoon Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
- 8 Perdue Roaster Drumsticks
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Lb ¢entsational $avings Tender Snappy Green Beans
- 1 Tablespoon Land O Lakes Butter Lightly Salted
- 1/2 Cup Baker’s Angel Flake Coconut , Optional
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Mix together the orange marmalade with the mustard in a small bowl.
- Put the drumsticks on a rimmed baking sheet that is covered in foil. Season drumsticks with salt and pepper. Put in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
- During the last 10 minutes of cooking them, brush occasionally with the mixture you made.
- While cooking the chicken, you can cook the green beans in pot of boiling salted water. Cook them until they become tender, which should take around 5 minutes. Drain and toss with the butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange green beans and drumsticks on each plate and sprinkle coconut flakes on top. Serve.
