Recipe Type: Entree
- 4 Flounder Fillets
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1 Lemon, Cut in Half (1 Half Sliced, and Juice Remaining Half)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped Finely
- Rinse off each fillet with cold water before cooking. Pat dry.
- Arrange the fish in a buttered glass baking dish.
- Mix salt, lemon juice and butter in a small bowl and drizzle over the flounder evenly.
- Broil on the highest rack for 7 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily and is cooked.
- Add lemon slices and parsley to the flounder before serving.
