Recipe Type: Entree
- 1 Lb Wild Caught Alaskan Cod Fillet
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Trucchi’s Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Minced
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- Lemon Wedges
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Grease a 13×9 inch baking dish.
- After cutting the cod into serving size portions, place into the greased baking dish.
- Take a bowl and mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese and basil together.
- Pour the mixture evenly over each portion of fish.
- Take the nuts and sprinkle over the cod.
- Put in the oven and bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes, or until it begins to flake easily. Serve with lemon wedges.
